Register for our online course on raising literacy attainment

2nd November, 2015

Registrations are now open for our free, online course, that will explore the ways in which film and filmmaking can be used to help raise literacy attainment.

In partnership with FutureLearn, the course contains many ideas, techniques, and resources to embed film across the curriculum. The course itself last 4 weeks, with 3-6 hours of study per week, beginning on 25 January 2016.

Through the course we want to demonstrate how film can be used to help develop analytical and life skills of children and young people, incorporating input and evaluated methods from a range of partners, including the BFI, Bradford Media Literacy Group, and Beta Filmworks Partnership.

Register for the course here.
