On September 11, 2001, four planes were hijacked over the United States of America. Two were flown into the Twin Towers in New York City, one into the Pentagon in Washington DC, but the last one crashed in a field after the passengers had tried to seize control back from the terrorists. Sticking closely to the known facts, this is a sober and sombre recreation of that final flight. It can be very uncomfortable to watch, but this powerful film helps us start to understand one of the most infamous days in recent history.

I would have thought this film was good if it wasnt based on real events. The fact that it is a reconstruction of the 9/11 makes me feel bad watching it and imagining how bad it would have been back on that day. However, i thought it was really good how they included actual news footage of the attack in the film and the fact that it played with the audiences heart strings is a good technique to od when making a film. It really did open the viewers eyes on what happened on that tragic day by showing, violence, drama and the actual harsh reality.

I would recommend this film as it is a true story and is worth watching as it shows people what it was like back on that day aswell as being a film full or suspence and horror in reality.x

I enjoyed to movie because i had never heard about the flight 93 disaster as the media only speculates the attacks on thwe world trade center. I was a moving film because the brave passengers aboard the plane fought back against the terrorists.

This film was really moving. And it stook in my mind all day. I'd obviously heard about 9/11. But never about the plane that didn't hit it's target, and all the amazing passaengers that fought back against the terrorists. I think this film captured it really well, and captured how all the people (even though they didn't know each other) worked together to take down 2 of the men...knowing they were sure to die either way. It's such a moving film, and I really do reccomend!

United 93 is a breathe takingly powerful film that is all too realistic to the events and bravery of 9/11. The extremely gripping script with exceptional directing add to the drama and action of the film. I would say that this piece of film does the people who lost there lives saving america proud. That said i believe some acting lets the film down slightly. Not to take anything away from it.
