I liked this movie because it was very funny when they were dancing and training to be the Mawri warriors. I thought it was sad when the whales were trapped ont he beach and the people were trying to save them. It was good at the end when the grandad believe in the girl and the girl became the chief.

Many of Pai's swimming scenes were actually done by Keisha Castle-Hugh's stand in because Keisha could not swim.
