When her parents both die, a beautiful orphan named Pooja has to move in with her Uncle Krishna. However, all is not well as her uncle's wife grows jealous of Pooja because she is lovelier than her aunt's own daughter, Choti. Pooja soon falls for the handsome and wealthy Prem. When he comes to visit Pooja, all seems well until a fire destroys Uncle Krishna's home. Is this a bad omen or will the love between Prem and Pooja get them through the tragedy?
