In 1957 youngster Hogarth Hughes finds a visitor from space in the form of a giant iron man. He rescues him and hides him in a junk yard, but the Iron Man has been constructed as a weapon, and instead of giving him a chance to transcend his role, government agent Kent provokes him into the violence he hates.

It wasn’t great but it wasn’t terrible if I saw it again I would only laugh at the part were the iron giant did a cannonball into the lake I would always give it 4 stars out of five.
Fascinating facts
