The movie was black and white. I saw black and white movies before but I couldn’t understand this one. They spoke very fast and in a weird accent. Its a story about a man who is rich and famous. He dresses up as an old tramp to see what it was like to be poor. Though he is rich he only brought along 10 cent. After dressing up as a hobo he gets in trouble and ends up in jail for 6 years!!! Everybody thinks he is in dead. But in the end it turns out to be a happy ending. I would give it 3 stars. You should watch it. Emer Mc Aleer (age 9)

The flim started off by showing john sullivan as a picture director. He wanted to find out what it would be like to live a life as a tramp. He meets this girl and they both go on an adventure. When they returned, john decided to give the tramps that helped him some of his money. However a tramp followed him to the railway station and punched him and puts him on a train and stole all his of his money. The tramp dropped the money on the railway track, and was killed by a train.John wakes up and feels dizzy he gets out of the train and hurts one of the railway workers and has to go to jail.I would recomed this to other people. 3 stars

Sullivan travels
sullivans travels is a great movie even though its black and white when i saw that its black and white. I was disappoined, but then my complaint changed. It is an old movie about a man who wanted to see what its like to be poor. so,he decided to be hobo and dressed as one. It was not a good plan because he gets into mischeif by hitting a railway man and has 6 years in jail. But all ends are happily. The film shows how hard it is to be a poor person.By Mairead Devine(age:8)

The film was black and white.
It had no beatiful colours in it.
I never eversaw a black and white film in my life. i was disappointed to be watching a black and white film but then I got into it and I think I want to watch another film like that again. The way that they spoke was American The Film but they was about a famous director turning into a poor man.
After getting dressed as a hobo. He got into really bad trouble. And he ended up in a really bad place. He ended up in jail. it all ends up happily ever after because his friends friends found out about all his trouble.

The film was black and white. When it was black and white I was so disappointed. It was so an old film and poor. They talked so quickly in the flim. They dressed old fashion some hobos get into trouble. The boy saw a girl who was very nice.It was funny when the boy fell into the water and then the boy pushed the girl into the water. It was good at the end.
I dont think I would watch it again.
