A true story, set in Nazi Germany, Schindler is a man of rich wealth and promiscuity (that’s right boys, he’s a player ;)). He initially wishes just to make money using Jewish workers, but as society turns violent, his intentions become more and more compassionate, resulting in his recruitment of Jewish people and the saving of many lives.
Amazingly moving performances, and one of the best war films of all time. Schindler’s compassion and courage melted my heart and brought tears dripping down my face. “I could have gotten more…” are the last few words of one of the courageous men ever to have lived on the world.
