A moving documentary about a class of 12 and 13 year olds in the small American town of Whitewell, Tennessee. Having learned about the horrors of the Holocaust, they find that it is almost impossible to imagine the scale of the six million Jews who were killed - so in order to try and increase their understanding of the tragedy, they set about collecting six million paperclips, with every one becoming  a small but profound tribute to a life lost.

Overall, I think that paperclips was a good documentary with good morals to it showing how shocking the holocaust was. However, i did feel that the documentary dragged on too much which made it a bit boring as it came nearer to the end. Paperclips is about young children who learn about the holocaust and end up meeting old people who were invoved or had relatives involved in the shocking event. I find it very interesting to see the journey the kids go through in this documentary because it starts off with children just learning about the event and then it shows a committed group of children wanting to know (by no force from teachers) more about what happened and even meet the people involved!!! I think it was a clever idea, how the children represented the people involved in the holocaust using paperclips. I strongly reccomend people to watch this documentary as it’s very interesting and you learn shocking this that you wouldnt know about the holocaust
