Surprisingly for Will, his new friends begin to teach him more about life and love than he allowed before – leading to a possible new romance with a pretty single mum in this hugely likeable London-set story.

I don’t think this film is very good because it doesn’t have a proper plot in it so it doesn’t make much sense at all. But I liked the BOYYYYYYBOYYYYYYYYYYBOYYYYYYYY!

Fascinating facts
The character of Ali in the movie has an Arsenal flag prominently displayed in his bedroom – the football team supported by Nick Hornby, writer of the novel on which About A Boy is based!
At the beginning of the film Marcus says he would be able to take care of his mum (Toni Collette) if he were Haley Joel Osment. Toni Collette played Haley Joel Osment's mother in The Sixth Sense.
