The strict food rationing imposed in Britain during World War II actually got worse after the fighting was over, and this vintage comedy comes from that time. The residents of Pimlico in London stumble on ancient documents that let them claim the area still belongs to the Duchy of Burgundy in France - a discovery that means they can eat all the food they want and keep the pubs open all day and night! The result is a charming celebration of a very "British" kind of rebellion.

I didn't like this film. It was a boring movie to watch. It's in black and white. It was an adult type of movie. There was a funny bit in it, but it wasn't until the end.

This was the worst film I have watched in film club so far. It was black and white, and it didnt really have a storyline, at all. I was very bored throughout this film.

I gave this film 1 star as I found it quite hard to watch and understand as the screen has dark, and the sound was also muffled. I did not really get into the story line but I thought there were some funny parts especially at the end.
Watch and see if you can seek my favorite part.

PASSPORT TO PIMLICO is the worst film ever true it might show you history but it bores me out of my mind it is not for children its more for adults I also think that it is a british film but similer to a french film. So in conclusion this film featuring Stanley Holloway, Hermione Baddeley, Naunton Wayne, Sydney Taflerand Margaret Rutherford is a horrible film so I give it a 1 star out of 5 on the Louis Eaves star reivew goodbye and dont forget to read my next reivew.

Passport to pimlico is quiet boring but don't get me wrong it was ok but it wasn't that exciting or very well written. You didn't even know what it was about. It is about a city or town or county or island that is becoming a counrty because of this stupid prank some boys did to get bombed and then they found some gold, silver, bronze and even dictionarys. Don't think you will enjoy it but thats up to you!
