As she's coming home from school, 17 year old Haro performs a good deed when she saves a passing cat from being run over. But little did she know that in doing so she was saving none other than Lune, royal prince of the entire Cat Kingdom - and that as a result, Lune's father the king has decided she should marry his son! This charming and more-than-slightly-surreal feline adventure comes from Studio Ghibli, the Japanese animation company that made the likes of Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle - and The Cat Returns is every bit as original and imaginative as those marvellous fantasies.
