If you love martial arts - or you're a fan of The Matrix - you should definitely catch this spectacular movie set in China in the early 19th Century. Superb action sequences and amazing cinematography combine with an exciting plot concerning Green Destiny, a 400 year old sword, owned by Li Mu Bai. Li is about to retire - but before he does he wishes to avenge the death of his master, killed by Jade Fox. Enlisting the help of Yu Shu Lien, the sword is stolen by a mysterious thief, and the mission proves to be trickier than planned... Voiced in MANDARIN, Subtitles in ENGLISH.

    What a movie!Respect the classics. I think it would be mutch better in English the first time I ever saw it I got lost in a world of magic it was a amazing experience recomend it to anyone i no!!:)

    I think this film is quite boring at times but at other times it's alright. I wouldn't reccomend it to children between 6-13 because it's not made to appeal to children.

    i found this film very interesting and i thought that towards the end of the film it was a little bit depressing because the young girls died and then she told her husband to make a wish and then when he made a wish and then she jumped of the bridge to make the wish come true so i thought that it was a little bit depressing

    i hated this film because it made no sence and me and my friends was so bored of it we went home early and we have never gone home early from filmclub before waist of time
