March of the Penguins

3 stars out of 5 03 July 2008

I really liked this film. i was soooooo funny when the penguins tried to walk but they could'nt and they kept on sliding on there bellies. I had mixed emotions like happy and sad. Happy when the babies hatched and sad when someone tries to steal someone elses babies. This film was a fantastic documentry!! i would rate 7/10.

Grease

30 June 2008

i liked this film because it was interactive! we were all dancing to the songs because they were groovy. our teacher was trying to dance in her seat and they looked hilarious. we were all laughing at the funny bits but i think some bits were piontless and unexplained like who ChaCha is?? is she his old ex?? the cheerleading wasnt very good because it was boring and dull. if they refilmed grease i would go see it probally. i think they should do it.

Mary Poppins

30 June 2008

I really love Mary Poppins, Julie Andrews is a brilliant actress! Mary Poppins is a lovely story. I love all the songs, and it makes me feel lots of emotions e.g. happiness!

The Diary of Anne Frank

30 June 2008

HELLO EVERYBODY TO FILM CLub again! Today we are watching the diary of Anne frank it was a good film and is very scary in places ooooh!. Ithink it isn't suitable for childrens under the age of 7, they would find it scary to watch. It is very educational and would be good if you are learning about world war 2.I would watch this film again by choice as i enjoyed most of it.I am giving it a rating 9 stars as i think the ending could have been more detailed a bit more. I also think it was a bit to long and people got restless towards the end.I have also never seen a black and white film before so i enjoyed the expirience. It was a good as it is a true story and it makes you realise how lucky you are to live now instead of then,It would have been awful. But this is my second best film (my first is bugsy malone)
