Review of the week
(19 May 08 - 25 May 08)

Here at FILMCLUB we don't want to tell you which movies are great - we want you to tell us, and everyone else.

This weeks review of the week comes from:

Sam from Alsager (Aged 14)

Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade

5 stars out of 5 23 May 2008

What can I say? I have loved this film ever since I first saw it, and, being the best one of the trilogy (not counting the new one) it does not disappoint. The acting is superb, the script is top-notch and the chemistry between Ford and Connery on-screen is fantastic. It also has some great action scenes, despite some showing their age. Overall, it really is a brilliant film, with plenty of in-jokes and one-liners to keep you going for a long, long time. Perfect.

Other reviews this week:

Daniel from The Churchill School (Aged 11)

Star Wars Episode 1 The Phantom Menace

5 stars out of 5 20 May 2008

Starwars episode 1 the best ever starwars film all the action from the 6th and all the great scenery from the rest of them.Definately the best of the lot.my number 2 film only to Jurrasic park but none the less a greatfilm!!!!!

Owen from The Churchill School (Aged 9)

Peter Pan

20 May 2008

Peter Pan is a fairly good film although there is quite a lot of dull moments. I like it when everyone is flying and it is very adventoras.

Harry from The Churchill School (Aged 12)

Star Wars Episode 5 The Empire Strikes Back

2 stars out of 5 20 May 2008

This is the worst film in the star wars series.I found it highly boring and I feel it dose not live up to its name
