Review of the week
(19 May 08 - 25 May 08)

Here at FILMCLUB we don't want to tell you which movies are great - we want you to tell us, and everyone else.

This weeks review of the week comes from:

Sam from Alsager (Aged 14)

Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade

5 stars out of 5 23 May 2008

What can I say? I have loved this film ever since I first saw it, and, being the best one of the trilogy (not counting the new one) it does not disappoint. The acting is superb, the script is top-notch and the chemistry between Ford and Connery on-screen is fantastic. It also has some great action scenes, despite some showing their age. Overall, it really is a brilliant film, with plenty of in-jokes and one-liners to keep you going for a long, long time. Perfect.

The Lion King

5 stars out of 5 19 May 2008

Its been ages since I've watched the lion king but I have great memories of it. With its great mix of tragic loss, drama and thrills :), it has to go down as 1 of my favorite disny films. (When Simba's dad dies, it always makes me cry!)

School of Rock

School of Rock rocked!! It was funny and i thought it started of dull but it got funnier when it went on at the end.I thought when they were playing their instruments in the class when he moved his eye brows but i thought when he lied to the man that was stupid because it wasnt realistic.
